"We don't just manage symptoms. We work to uncover the why."

What clients typically experience

The path most people see.

2–6
Weeks
Most clients notice meaningful changes in symptoms within the first 2 to 6 weeks of following their protocol. Bloating, energy and digestion often shift first.
3–12
Months
For full root-cause work — particularly SIBO, dysbiosis or leaky gut patterns — 3 to 12 months of consistent support is typical, depending on the case.
Before you book

Honest answers to what people ask.

How is this different from seeing a gastroenterologist?
A gastroenterologist medically manages gut conditions. My work is different — I work to identify patterns behind your symptoms (motility, dysbiosis, stomach acid, food triggers) and support your body through nutrition, lifestyle and supplements. This complements medical care rather than replaces it.
Do I need lab tests?
Not to start. The initial consultation works with your symptoms, history and what you've already tested. If functional testing would add clarity (SIBO breath test, stool analysis, organic acids), I'll recommend it and explain why — but it's never required upfront.
Is online as effective as in-person?
Yes. Most of my clients work with me online — from London, Madrid, Paris, New York. The work is conversation, history-taking and protocol design. Lisbon is offered for clients who prefer face-to-face.
Can naturopathic nutrition replace my medication?
No. I never recommend stopping or changing medication — that's your doctor's role. I work alongside conventional care to support your body nutritionally and through lifestyle. Always discuss medication changes with the prescribing physician.
What if I'm not in Lisbon?
Online consultations are available worldwide. Sessions are conducted via Zoom in English, Portuguese, Spanish or French. Supplements can be shipped to most countries.
What's your cancellation policy?
Payment is taken 24 hours before the session. Cancellations need to be made 48 hours in advance to rebook without charge.

The free 15-min call costs you nothing. Or take the quiz first if you prefer to understand your situation before talking to anyone.

This is not medical advice. Naturopathic nutrition supports the body's natural balance. It does not diagnose, treat or replace medical care. Always work with your doctor.
